Position: Two-Wheeler Workshop Manager

Experience: 3–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations and technician performance.
Possess robust technical knowledge of two-wheelers and workshop processes.
Drive workshop revenue through paid services, repairs, labour and parts sales.
Increase paid service volume, customer retention and repeat business.
Monitor job cards, billing, productivity, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain workshop discipline and safety standards.
Achieve monthly workshop revenue and service targets.

Required Skills:
Strong technical and diagnostic knowledge of two-wheelers.
Valuable leadership, team management and customer-handling skills.
Proven ability to generate workshop revenue and increase paid services.
3–10 years of relevant two-wheeler workshop experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
