Job Responsibilities: Counsel patients to understand their health concerns and wellness needs. Explain the Ayurvedic treatment protocol clearly, including treatment process, product usage, duration, and expected results. Promote and sell Ayurvedic products and treatment plans in a patient-centric and ethical manner.

Educate patients about product advantages, dosage, and precautions. Convert patient consultations into treatment enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Follow up with patients regularly to ensure treatment adherence and resolve queries. Coordinate with doctors and team members for better patient experience.

Requirements: Valuable communication and counselling skills.

Experience in sales, healthcare, wellness, or tele-counselling preferred. Basic knowledge of Ayurveda or wellness products is an advantage. Target-oriented with a patient-first approach. Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
