Managing and Configuring our Office 365 setting, including Exchange Online

Candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and security
configuration of our Office 365 instance.
Monitor the service health and performance of Office 365 and all its products and take proactive measures to prevent or mitigate issues.
Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
Configure and manage security settings and compliance features to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
Perform regular backups of data and systems and develop and test disaster recovery plans.
Stay updated on current features and capabilities, and plan and execute upgrades and migrations as needed.
Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, and configurations.
Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features.
Conduct research and make recommendations on recent products and solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
