Key Responsibilities
BOM-Based Indenting: Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) alongside production schedules to raise accurate material indents, preventing inventory shortages or overstocking.
Order Tracking &
Vendor Liaison:

Proactively follow up with external vendors and internal teams (Procurement, Logistics, Quality) to expedite outstanding balance orders and transparent delivery bottlenecks.
Store &
Warehouse Management:

Oversee day-to-day receiving, material staging, storage, and issuance. Ensure smooth, documented material flow from dock to stock.
Inventory Accuracy &
Audits:

Perform periodic cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and physical audits. Ensure ERP inventory records match physical floor stock at all times.
Documentation &
ERP Maintenance:

Generate Positive Receipt Notes (GRNs), gate passes, and delivery challans accurately within the ERP system. Maintain clean audit trails.
Store Organization: Implement standard safety and layout practices (e.g., 5S) to maintain an organized, protected, and easily accessible warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
