Overview:

Seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Executive to join our team. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates aligned with company values.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers on needs and goals.
Utilize diverse sourcing methods (social media, job boards, networking).
Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
Promote employer brand at events and through outreach.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Support HR team and provide guidance to hiring managers.

Requirements:
Proven experience in HR recruitment for 1 year atleast.
Robust communication and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of employment laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Certified HR skilled (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
