Validation Lead Key Responsibilities • Perform manual and automation testing for infotainment systems, focusing on connectivity and Bluetooth.
Validate Automotive Ethernet and CAN protocols during system testing.
Execute functional, integration, and regression tests on infotainment and connectivity modules.
Analyze requirements and write comprehensive test cases ensuring full coverage.
Apply robust knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting to support automation initiatives.
Utilize Jira, Xray, Tableau, and Lucid for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and visualization.
Prepare test reports, dashboards, and metrics for stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
Lead and guide a team of testers,



ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
Conduct client discussions, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
Perform bench setup, flashing, and ECU updates for testing environments.

Skills Required • Proven experience in QA/testing for automotive infotainment or embedded systems.
Robust knowledge of Automotive Ethernet, CAN protocols, and connectivity features.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Proficiency in Jira, Xray, Tableau, and Lucid.
Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
