Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Associate) to join our Human Resources team. In this full time role, you will support end-to-end recruitment pipelines, source quality candidates for technical and non-technical positions, coordinate interviews, and deliver a smooth candidate onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), social networks, and campus outreach.
Screen incoming resumes and applications against specific role specifications.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, fit, and alignment with company culture.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates.
Maintain consistent,



professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
Assist in sending offer letters, collecting pre-employment documents, and conducting background checks.
Support the HR team in facilitating Day-1 orientation and onboarding logistics.
Update and maintain candidate records accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
Generate weekly recruitment progress reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR support (prior exposure to IT/Tech sourcing is a plus).
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Basic familiarity with job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed) and ATS software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive attitude with a customer-service approach toward candidates and internal team members.
