Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and introduce company products or services.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide basic information.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending responses.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Generate and qualify leads and forward interested prospects to the concerned team.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
Prepare daily call reports and update the CRM/system.
Maintain skilled communication and valuable customer relationships.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
