We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Explain project details and property features.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and appointments.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Basic English communication preferred.




Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive telephone etiquette.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
Ability to work under targets.
Positive follow-up and time management skills.
CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualification
Any Graduate / Diploma .
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, real estate, construction, banking, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
