Role & responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent requirements, and establish candidate profiles for various roles within Construction, EPC and Data Centre etc.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including Vendor Partners, Job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging internal and external resources.
Screen, assess, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their skills, qualifications, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring a smooth and effective interview process for all parties involved.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation using the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other relevant tools.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to optimize sourcing strategies,



streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies and recruitment trends to continuously improve sourcing and talent acquisition techniques.
Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating compelling job postings, promoting the company's culture and values.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or PG with 13 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a robust focus on lateral hiring.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels and methodologies.
Solid networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR partners.
