Tally Executive / Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

MTC Build Mart is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate with positive knowledge of Tally to manage day-to-day accounting and billing-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day entries and transactions in Tally
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts and payment records
Maintain purchase and sales entries
Manage basic accounts and ledger entries
Maintain proper documentation and records
Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal staff regarding billing and payments
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as required





Requirements
Positive working knowledge of Tally
Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
Knowledge of GST and invoicing will be an added advantage
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 9:45 AM – 7:30 PM Sunday: Weekly Off
