We are looking for a compassionate and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care, assist doctors, administer medications, and maintain proper nursing records.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide basic and quality nursing care to patients.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions.
Administer medicines and injections as prescribed by doctors.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient and nursing records.
Monitor patients and immediately report any changes in their condition.
Follow infection-control and hospital safety procedures.
Ensure proper hygiene and comfort of patients.
Handle and maintain nursing equipment properly.
Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and medication instructions.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the nursing area.
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Fresher to 2 years of experience.
Valid nursing registration.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate attitude towards patients.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Willingness to work in shifts.
