We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our property/land promotion projects, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
Explain property and land promotion projects clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
Maintain customer and lead information properly.
Generate new leads and convert enquiries into potential customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and site visits.




Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers.

Requirements
Positive communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous telecalling, sales, or real estate experience will be an advantage.
