Role Overview The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) is responsible for handling customer leads, building relationships through tele-calling, and converting enquiries into loan applications and disbursements. The role involves managing the complete loan lifecycle from lead qualification to disbursement while coordinating with internal teams, banks, and NBFC partners.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage loan enquiries and customer follow-ups.
Qualify and convert leads received through CRM platforms such as TeleCRM and TrackOlap.
Promote and explain loan products including Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), Working Capital, CGTMSE, OD/CC, Construction Loans, and Balance Transfer + Top-up.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Guide customers through the loan documentation process and ensure accuracy of submitted documents.
Coordinate with credit teams, banks,



and internal operations for loan processing and approval.
Maintain and update lead stages in CRM including Enquiry, Pipeline, Docs Open, Credit, Docs Closed, Login, Sanctioned, Booked, Disbursed, and PDD Done.
Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion, loan login, sanction, and disbursement.
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Required Skills
Strong communication and sales skills
Experience in tele-calling or financial product sales
Knowledge of loan products and banking documentation
CRM handling experience
Negotiation and follow-up skills

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline
1–5 years of experience in loan sales, tele sales, banking, NBFC, or DSA industry preferred

Pay: ₹12,428.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
