Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos, primarily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads.
Create engaging videos from raw footage, UGC, product shoots, and campaign assets.
Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and music as required.
Understand social media trends and create content with solid hooks, pacing, and retention.
Adapt videos according to different brand guidelines, audiences, and campaign objectives.
Work closely with the creative, performance marketing, and content teams.
Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and variations for different platforms.
Stay updated with trending editing styles, formats, sounds, and social media content trends.

Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
