Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive sales, distribution, and market expansion through the General Trade channel across Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Food, FMCG, or Beverage sales with solid knowledge of distributor and retailer networks.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual targets across the assigned territory.
Manage and expand the General Trade distribution network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key outlets.
Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and market coverage.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, pricing, and sales performance.
Manage distributor and retailer relationships and resolve market-related issues.
Ensure effective execution of company schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
Lead and support the sales team to achieve territory objectives.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Food, FMCG, or Beverages.
Robust experience in General Trade sales is mandatory.
Positive knowledge of the Mangalore/Mangaluru market and local distributor-retailer network.
Experience in distribution management, market expansion, and team handling preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
