We are looking for an enthusiastic Voice Sales Executive to join our educational institution. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students and parents over the phone, understanding their educational requirements, explaining available courses/programs, and converting enquiries into admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students/parents from assigned leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, batches, and admission procedures. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs. Follow up regularly with interested students to drive admissions.
Build a positive relationship with students and parents through qualified communication. Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure smooth conversion and enrollment.
