We are looking for an experienced Weaving Technician / Weaving Master / Assistant Manager Weaving with experience in textile weaving, preferably with robust hands-on experience in Terry Looms / Terry Towel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day weaving operations and ensure smooth production.
Handle and troubleshoot Terry Looms and associated weaving machinery.
Monitor loom performance, production efficiency and machine utilization.
Identify and rectify loom-related technical issues and breakdowns.
Ensure proper loom settings, weaving parameters and production standards.
Monitor fabric quality and minimize weaving defects, wastage and rejections.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Stores teams for smooth operations.




Ensure timely production as per the planned schedule and customer requirements.
Supervise and guide weaving operators, technicians and other shop-floor personnel.
Ensure proper handling of yarn, beam, sizing and other weaving-related materials.
Analyze recurring machine/production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production records, efficiency reports and breakdown reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping and operational standards.
Train and develop operators and junior technicians on machine operation and troubleshooting.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production losses.
