Role & responsibilities
Manage and maintain official social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with organizational goals and campaigns.
Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, videos, and other digital content.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, achievements, events, announcements, and other content requirements.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies for content creation.
Ensure all content follows the organizations branding, communication guidelines, and approval processes.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally and promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
Prepare periodic reports covering reach, engagement, followers, content performance, and campaign results.
Support event coverage through photography, videography, live updates, and post-event content.




Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, formats, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
Perform other communication and digital marketing activities assigned by the management.

Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or communications.
Freshers with robust social media portfolios and relevant skills may also be considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good command of English; Tamil knowledge will be an added advantage.
Creative thinking and strong content development skills.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar content-creation tools.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a solid sense of visual presentation.
