Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional and courteous communication.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Update customer information and call details in the CRM.
Follow quality and process guidelines.
Meet performance targets such as AHT, Quality, CSAT, and productivity.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Candidates with international voice/BPO experience will have an added advantage.
