Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Non-IT Recruiter with a robust background in recruiting Engineering professionals for the US market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various engineering roles while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Non-IT positions across the US market.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking channels.
Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical and professional qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.




Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS/CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal recruitment processes.
Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in US Staffing with a primary focus on Engineering recruitment.
Robust understanding of Engineering job titles, qualifications, and industry terminology.
Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean Search techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
