Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile / EV / retail sales

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Drive enquiries, test drives, bookings and retail conversions.
Monitor individual sales performance and improve team productivity.
Manage customer relationships and ensure a high-quality buying experience.
Implement local sales and marketing activities to generate leads.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track key performance indicators.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, delivery and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Maintain showroom standards and ensure proper follow-up of all leads.

Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler or retail sales.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Positive communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented with a solid focus on conversions.
Knowledge of the Coimbatore market will be an advantage.
Valid driving licence preferred.
