Role & responsibilities
Must have experience in Government E-Market Place, Sales and business prospects in the form of Government bids and tenders through GEM/ E-Procurement Portal.
Prepare tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid and submit the documents in stipulated time limits on the above-mentioned portals.
Follow-up with government clients Other Tender related works Searching tenders on relevant web portal Identifying bid opportunities
Coordinate with the respective officials and document the progress of the tender process.
Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/ submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms
Coordinate with the respective dept.



for document procurement in process of tenders & update on upcoming tenders
Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and timely submission of tender proposals.
Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related correspondence for reference and future use.
Reporting bidding status online / offline on daily basis Follow up with Vendors/ OEM's/ departments/ clients Vendor Registration for Limited tenders
Handle MIS reporting documentation on a daily basis.
Follow up- (PBG) Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Security Deposits, Material Dispatch, payment, & current order generations etc.
