Handled end-to-end recruitment delivery for banking mandates.
Managed a team of recruiters / delivery consultants .
Acted as the primary SPOC for client requirements and escalations.
Monitored CV submissions, interviews, selections, joining and TAT .
Managed multiple banking accounts simultaneously.
Worked with HR/TA Heads, Regional HR, Business HR and Hiring Managers .
Owned account performance, productivity and client satisfaction.
Ideally handled major clients n Banks.
Banking client handling + recruitment delivery + team management + account management + solid stakeholder management.
