Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Job Location: Gurugram.

Notice Period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket .
Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management .
Manage project setup, maintenance, and migration activities.
Configure and support Atlassian Cloud settings .
Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements.
Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems .
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Present and explain technical solutions in a transparent, business-friendly manner .
Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:




Robust expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization .
Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management .
Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting.
Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications .
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, ACP, etc.)
Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks
