Understanding latest version of the customer drawing and Inhouse drawing, BOM, other technical Documents before starting the inspection.
Carryout the inspection of finished products as per the Drawing & BOM. (Dimensional, Visual & Performance)
Ensuring to update the OA sheet after inspection, preparing inspection reports.
Ensuring the identification of finished positive by Accepted, Rejected & rework in daily inspection reports.
Ensuring the initiation of NC report, if any deviations observed in finished Products.
Ensuring continuity of Company QMS in compliance with ISO / AWS/ other standards.
Identification, investigation resolution and close out of non-conformities.
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards. Perform daily audits and 5S audits.
Create a list of details and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Responsible for document management systems & Ensure maintenance of 5S Discipline.
Responsible for H.O. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI) & Per Dispatch Inspection (PDI) allocation of Bucket Serial Number, Review of Inspection Reports, NC Reports.
Interact with manufacturing and engineering teams to optimize documentation related to quality and inspection checks. Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.
Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
Monitors quality nonconformance at line, Initiates root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
