Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant Trainee who is eager to build a career in Executive Assistance, Administration, and Business Operations.

The trainee will assist senior management in daily activities while developing the skills required to become an efficient Personal Assistant in a professional corporate environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS,



BA, B.Sc., or equivalent, MBA, Mphill)
Freshers are encouraged to apply
Good verbal and written communication skills
Robust organisational and time management abilities
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Good note-taking and documentation skills
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Smart, proactive, and capable of multitasking

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the management team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Learn executive calendar management and appointment scheduling
Attend meetings with management and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Maintain records, files, reports, and business documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Follow up on tasks assigned by the management team
