Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
Write excellent-quality code based on functional requirements, while meeting agile implementation deadlines.
Review and analyze proposed technical solutions for projects
Contribute to concept models, design and system architectures
Providing expertise in technical analysis and solving technical issues during project delivery
Manage Senior Stake holders and always communicate effectively and professionally
Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Operational users / Product mangers to deliver projects
Provide technical and functional expertise to the team
Mentor and Coach junior team members
Work proactively & independently to address project requirements,



and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks

Recommended Qualifications:
Solid Technical leadership, team mentoring, architectural decisions, and driving best practices in software development.
Solid expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Expertise in CI/CD automation, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Expertise in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQ) for event-driven architectures.
Knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and best practices.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Robust leadership and mentoring skills.
