Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Person to assist customers, promote products, and ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
Explain product features and perks to customers.
Achieve sales targets and maximize store sales.
Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Handle billing, cash, and customer queries.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
Minimum 12th pass; prior retail sales experience preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
