Job Profile
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
Manage sales of cosmetics, skincare, haircare and personal care products.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and key customers.
Identify recent markets, customers and business prospects.
Manage and motivate the sales team and monitor their performance.
Plan sales promotions, schemes and product launches in coordination with the marketing team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Accounts and Marketing teams for smooth order execution.
Ensure achievement of sales growth, market expansion and customer satisfaction.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
