About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesTour Planning & Operations
Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution of tours.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and vendors.
Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation.Tour Leadership
Accompany groups on tours when required.

Client Management
Assist clients with travel information and package details.
Build robust relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain regular communication with travelers before and after tours.
Act as the primary point of contact for travelers throughout the trip.
Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction during tours.
Handle on-ground logistics and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
