Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers using the provided database.
Handle customer enquiries in a skilled and courteous manner.
Collect customer feedback regarding products and services.
Update customer information and call records accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
