OneNBM is a Mumbai based digital marketing and AI video production agency. We have worked with 350+ brands across India and internationally since 2015, across performance media, social, SEO, branding and web. Our paid media work spans D2C, F&B;, real estate, education and B2B.

The role
You will run paid campaigns end to end across Meta and Google for a portfolio of client accounts. This is a hands on execution role, not a strategy only role. You will be inside ad managers daily, building, launching, watching and fixing.

What you will do
Build, launch and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube)
Own daily pacing, budget management and bid strategy across accounts
Set up conversion tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports
Build audiences, lookalikes, remarketing lists and exclusion logic
Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audience and landing pages
Write and maintain UTM conventions so reporting stays clean




Build weekly and monthly performance reports in Looker Studio or Sheets, with insight, not just numbers
Diagnose drops in performance and act, rather than waiting for the review call
Coordinate with the creative team on ad briefs and iterate creative based on what the data shows
Join client calls, explain the numbers plainly, and take feedback into the next cycle
Keep account hygiene tight: naming conventions, folder structure, access, billing checks

What we are looking for
3 to 5 years managing live paid media budgets, agency or network side preferred
Proven hands on ownership of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, not just dashboard reading
Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup
Comfortable with Excel or Sheets: pivots, lookups, building a report from raw exports
Understands the metrics that matter and when each one matters: ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, frequency, quality score
