Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate inventory management across warehouses and storage locations.
Conduct stock reconciliation and ensure timely closure of inventory discrepancies.
Monitor and control warehouse damages, shortages, and inventory variances.
Track expiry and near-expiry inventory and coordinate timely action to minimize losses.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate and participate in monthly physical stock audits at multiple warehouse locations.
Investigate inventory mismatches and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain inventory records and prepare MIS reports for management review.
Work closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth material flow.
Support process improvements to enhance inventory control and operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain.
Prior experience in Food Manufacturing is mandatory.
Experience in FMCG or Consumer Products industry will be an added advantage.
Solid knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock audits, warehouse controls, and inventory reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP) is preferred.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Travel Requirement
Must be open to travelling for monthly stock-taking activities at multiple warehouse locations as required.
