Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Production, Quality, Planning, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance functions.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery schedules are achieved.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Monitor manufacturing processes and implement improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.




Review production planning, material flow, and operational performance through regular MIS reports.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
