Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the company’s IndiaMART account.
Handle customer inquiries and respond to leads promptly.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead records.
Update product listings and ensure accurate product information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
Valuable understanding of lead management and customer communication.
Knowledge of gemstones is preferred.
Robust communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
