At India Circuits Pvt. Ltd., we manufacture high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of electronic products. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands the people and compliance challenges of a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet production manpower requirements.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
Liaise with government authorities and maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, domestic enquiries, and support legal compliance.
Manage HR administration, attendance, leave, onboarding, confirmations, and employee records.
Coordinate safety initiatives and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies.




Identify training needs and implement employee learning and development programs.
Work closely with department heads to support manpower planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Drive HR policies and processes that promote a positive, productive, and compliant workplace.

Desired Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related discipline.
Proven HR experience in Electronics, EMS, Automotive, Electrical, or Manufacturing industries.
Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.
Experience in grievance handling, employee relations, and legal HR matters.
Valuable understanding of factory administration, safety practices, and training & development.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work closely with production and cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
