Key Responsibilities
Structural Design: Develop structural designs and solutions for various construction projects using industry-standard tools and software.
Analysis & Calculations: Perform detailed structural analyses to determine the strength and stability of proposed structures under various loads and conditions.
Construction Oversight: Provide technical guidance during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Material Selection: Recommend appropriate construction materials based on project requirements, cost, and environmental considerations.
Code Compliance: Ensure all designs and constructions meet local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project managers to integrate structural designs with overall project plans.
Site Inspections: Conduct in office inspections to monitor progress and address any structural concerns during the construction process.
Documentation:



Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in structural design and analysis.
Proficiency in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with sustainable and green building practices.
Familiarity with seismic and wind load analysis.
Knowledge of 3D modeling tools like Revit or Tekla.
Minimum 5 year job experience

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
