About the Company
Supervise daily Rubber Hose production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
Coordinate with the NPD team for current product trials and successful production implementation.
Manage manpower, machine utilization, and minimize production downtime
Maintain production records, monitor process parameters, and ensure adherence to safety proceduresnsibilities.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Rubber Hose manufacturing as a Production Supervisor
Solid knowledge of Production, Quality, and NPD (New Product Development) processes
Ability to supervise shop floor operations and lead production teams effectively
Good understanding of quality systems, process control, and problem-solving techniques
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
