Hiring: Junior Digital Marketing Associate at Pernia's Pop Up Shop

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate to join our team and support our online growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
Oversee website updates, content, and overall website management
Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
Coordinate with designers to create marketing creatives and campaign assets
Improve product visibility and presentation on the website
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads




Understanding of digital marketing concepts and online campaigns
Familiarity with website management and content updates
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Positive communication and coordination skills
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
