3.Why this role?:
We are seeking this role to provide technical assistance to field teams and support on the lifecycle of elevator, escalator, and building door products. This role combines hands-on technical knowledge with digital tools and data management to drive efficiency, ensure material data quality,



and deliver high-quality spare technical solutions across global operations.

4.What will you be doing?:
Assist Frontlines with accurate material identification.
Maintain and manage Material Master Data / Product Data.
Experienced in current material creations and BOM Management
Conduct material replacement studies, ensuring functionality, quality, and safety.
Perform physical material identification against existing material databases.
Offer spare parts technical support to service technicians and frontline teams.
Handle Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes for new and existing materials.
Execute tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager effectively.

5.Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of SAP, PDM/PLM systems, and BOM interpretation
Familiarity with Elevator, Escalator and Building Door products
Proficiency in O365, SharePoint, and engineering drawing tools
