Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Handle all incoming enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about Forsche's products and services.
Make outbound calls to all leads generated through various marketing and business development activities.
Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them through the sales process.
Consistently follow up with prospective parents, students, institutions, and clients until closure.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales and conversion targets.
Maintain complete and accurate records of every interaction in the CRM system on a daily basis.
Update lead status, follow-up schedules, remarks, and customer information without delay.
Address all customer queries promptly and professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build solid relationships with prospective customers to improve conversions and generate referrals.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Sales teams for appointments, counselling sessions, demonstrations, and closures.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and sales reports.
Ensure high standards of professionalism, customer service, and communication at every stage of the customer journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Inside Sales Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or similar role.
