Role Overview:
As a Founding Engineer, you will work directly with the Founder to architect and build the core components of our platform from the ground up. This role involves full-stack development, where you will translate complex product requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring that our UI/UX is intuitive while the backend remains robust and scalable. You will collaborate closely with the founding team to influence product direction and technical strategy, playing a critical role in shaping the company's long-term engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement scalable full-stack features using TypeScript and Node.js to enhance our core eCommerce platform functionality.
Develop responsive and performant user interfaces with Next.js, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices and browsers.
Design and manage productive database schemas in MongoDB to support high-concurrency data operations and complex queries.




Collaborate with the CTO to translate high-level product requirements into technical specifications and actionable development sprints.
Contribute to the UI/UX design process by providing technical feasibility insights and implementing design systems that improve user engagement.
Maintain clean, well-documented codebases and participate in peer reviews to uphold high engineering standards within the startup environment.

Required Skillset:
Strong understanding of database design and management using MongoDB, with an ability to write effective, scalable queries.
Proven ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components that prioritize user experience.
Capability to thrive in a rapid-paced, ambiguous startup environment where independent problem-solving and rapid execution are essential.
