Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills:
Fluency in Hindi Or Telugu (mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English or Tamil.
Valuable interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.




Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Experience
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, BPO, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Retail sectors is preferred.
Freshers with excellent Telugu or Hindi communication skills can also apply.
