Must-Have Skills
Node.JS, Express, TypeScript
Git (tooling and best practices), GitHub Actions, Docker, CI/CD, Linux
Fetch, Axios, and database experience with MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL
OAuth, caching strategies, in-memory databases, REST APIs, GraphQL
WebSockets and publish-subscribe mechanisms
Unit testing, load balancing, load testing, database indexing

Should-Have Skills
Experience with Agile methodology and tools like JIRA
Robust clean-code practices




Performance optimization using multi-threading, time complexity reduction, and query optimization
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills
C++ programming experience, including writing wrappers for Node.js modules
Linux networking knowledge
System integration and testing experience
