Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our subscription-based tender information services to domestic and international B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell subscription plans for the TendersOnTime platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification:12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.




6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or B2B Sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in SaaS, subscription sales, B2B sales, government tenders, GeM, or procurement services is an advantage.
Solid sales and lead-conversion skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Willingness to work toward challenging sales targets.
