Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Support in cocktail preparation, garnishing, and service presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, back bar, and storage areas.
Ensure bar stock levels are maintained — refill garnishes, mixers, glassware, and supplies as needed.
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Assist in checking inventory and report shortages to the Bar Manager.
Help in receiving and arranging bar supplies and deliveries.
Engage with guests courteously, ensuring prompt and qualified service.
Learn and maintain knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and ingredients.
Support during busy service hours and ensure timely drink delivery.
Maintain proper grooming standards and represent the brand professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
