What does the job entail?:
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ PRL to Licensing:
Ensure 60% conversion from PRL to Licensing.
Track PRL pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups for exam booking & completion.
Coordinate with recruitment & training teams to quick-track licensing.
2️⃣ LA Induction Coverage:
Achieve 30% induction coverage of newly onboarded Advisors.
Ensure structured onboarding and timely induction sessions.
Monitor attendance and effectiveness of induction programs.
3️⃣ PTE Induction Coverage:
Drive 50% induction coverage for current PTE.
Ensure training calendar adherence and participation tracking.

4️⃣ M1 / M2 Advisor Activation:
Achieve activation targets:
M1 - 30% activation




M2 - 60% activation
Support inactive advisors through engagement calls and development plans.
Monitor early-stage advisor productivity.

5️⃣ ABP RISE Partner - ABP RISE Advisor Unique Attendance:
Ensure:
35% participation at month-beginning POB
12% participation at month-beginning AOB- Drive unique attendance in ABP RISE sessions.
Coordinate with stakeholders for effective session execution and follow-ups.

Work Experience:
2 - 5 years
