Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls daily to restaurants and food businesses.
Explain the features and advantages of Restrotech POS.
Generate qualified sales leads.
Schedule product demos for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful lead conversion.




Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Good listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Internet).
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
Self-motivated and energetic.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Higher Secondary may also apply)
