Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer support calls for Amazon and Flipkart customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate product information and basic troubleshooting assistance.
Maintain detailed call records, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Malayalam & Telugu (at least 2 languages).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced customer service workplace.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
